All welcome to join the summer bingo, All proceeds go to the hall funds.

Come on down and try your chance at winning some prizes.

Summer BBQ, lets bring the community together for a relaxed social event in the garden of the hall.

Bring along your chairs and blankets, the bar will be open for refreshments, and the sausages will be sizzling.....

​

Can you act, can you do accents, then why not come along and audition for the panto of the season, written and adapted by our very own Alan Sarbutt King...Oh yes it is!

​

Arrive at the hall promptly for 7pm, where Alan will greet you give you a script to have a read through and then as they say the rest is history. 

​

Performances will be 7th and 8th December 2024

​

This a relaxed group of amateurs who enjoy a bit of acting and fun, this will be our third panto the The Lyng Players have done and they have always been successful and enjoyed by the members of the village and surrounding areas.

We are pleased to announce our second Artisan Fair, this time being held in autumn.

Lots of new stall holders have been invited to this and we hope it will be another success and help raise much needed funds to keep the communities hall running and looking tip top.

Save the date and who knows you may even be able to tick off a few Christmas gifts off that list. What better way to start your festive shopping than supporting small local businesses. 

Join us for an evening of Soul and Motown music.
